Nomad Factory has announced a comprehensive new effects plug-in suite designed for premium quality processing, flexibility, and unprecedented ease-of-use.

MAGMA is an advanced plug-in suite that features 50 unique "single-rack" audio processors, each with a friendly and familiar interface, which can be "mounted" into a user-customizable rack interface. Categories include Dynamics, Equalizers, Modulation, Reverbs, among others, with more currently in development.

Mastering Essentials is a new tool designed specifically for Acoustic Mixcraft Pro Studio 6. By licensing elements from Ozone, iZotope‚s flagship mastering suite, Acoustica is delivering a basic mastering solution approachable for musicians of any level.

Mastering Essentials Key Features:
- Valve EQ module: high-quality 4-band EQ
- Room Simulation (Reverb) module: controls for reverb and stereo widening, including a vectorscope for visualizing the stereo spread of the audio
- Tube amplifier module: Bass Compression, a Tube Limiter, and Tube Saturation components
- Over 80 presets, including presets for general use, special FX, audio enhancement, restoration, and over 40 different genre presets.

Mastering Essentials is available from iZotope for third-party and OEM licensing for Mac or Windows applications.

Following in the footsteps of the Kaoss Pad KP3 and Kaoss Pad Quad, the Mini Kaoss Pad 2 (Kaossilator 2) is played by sliding or tapping a finger on the X-Y touchpad. These finger motions allow multiple effect parameters to be easily controlled at the same time.

The Mini Kaoss Pad 2 contains 100 diverse, ready-to-use effects. These include standard effects such as Flanger, Filter, Delay, and Reverb; multiple effect programs; cutting edge effects; as well as three new DJ-style effects borrowed from the Kaoss Pad Quad: the powerful Looper, Vinyl Break, and Ducking Compressor. For live performance, the Mini Kaoss Pad 2 provides three Program Memories for instant recall of any favorite effects.
